RELATIVELY USELESS. In Cinemas mode, NO movie info is available, only show times. The app made a recent change, making it frustrating to use. If you selected a theater and want to look at what a particular show is about, you can not. You're first forced to review what movies are playing and then hope if you selected one that it's at the cinema you like. I now use Fandango, which does not have this major defect. If I have time and want to avoid the fee, I will come back to the Showcase app.

Bad design, frustrating to use. - Region selection only has one option, why make it a selection? - Cinema selection is a checklist of ~20 locations, unsorted - No way to select multiple seats to order from, just one at a time. Bad for groups - No way to claim your seat if you ordered tickets online outside of app Overall, it is frustrating and worse than my experience ordering from the tablets they used to use a few years ago.

Doesn't work. The website doesn't work either. I've spent more than an acceptable amount of time over the last 2 days trying to order tickets only to get to the pay page to give me an error. I tried multiple locations with no avail. It's pretty miserable to have to go buy tickets to return home and wait or not to be guaranteed seats. $16 is definitely worth the hassle... 🙄😞 Apparently you have to leave a review for it to work...?
