RELATIVELY USELESS. In Cinemas mode, NO movie info is available, only show times. The app made a recent change, making it frustrating to use. If you selected a theater and want to look at what a particular show is about, you can not. You're first forced to review what movies are playing and then hope if you selected one that it's at the cinema you like. I now use Fandango, which does not have this major defect. If I have time and want to avoid the fee, I will come back to the Showcase app.

I bought tickets at the Super lux so I could order food from my seat at the theater. But they don't have little screens for that anymore, there is only this app. But it did not work. I selected the items and tried to check out and it said there was an error, with no indication of the reason, and nothing to do from there. So I went to get food at the concession stand and missed the first five minutes of the very expensive movie. I won't go to the Super lux again.

The app is bad but the websites even worse. In the app I can't set two favorite movie theaters and I can't even find anything once I've said a favorite It won't show them to me. And on the website if I go into a showtime I can't go back to see all the showtimes. I literally have to go further back and re-log in each time. This is pathetic. Clearly not spending any money on web design or app design
