This app is not very user-friendly so far. It's not intuitive to see that you have to scroll to the side to see new dates. I saw the first drive-in movie listed, the others are weeks ahead so it looked like only the first one was available for purchase. By the time I noticed you could slide it several days/weeks later, the later shows were already sold out. Very frustrating. Also many forms don't work well on Android, with the keyboard up, menus/ads take up whole screen, cant see what i typed.

I had been unable to get into my account for a while through the app, and then later when I tried the website that was also a bust. Frustrated, I emailed customer service and was pleasantly surprised that they quickly got back to me with a solution (my account, though set up years ago, was not set up correctly online, and I was unable to log in for that reason). Thank you, customer service, for reloading the free movie ticket I had missed out on while unable to get into my account (I tried a bunch of times since August)! Now that I'm finally back in my account, I can now see that the app does look much nicer since the updates. To all of you having the same issues I did - email customer service! :)

This app is a piece of garbage.... thats me being nice. I have tried countless times since Christmas to use my gift card and/or a credit card to purchase tickets and each and every time the transaction will not process and i have to go to theatre to purchase tickets. What a colossal waste of my time. My real rating of this app...negative 10
