Very confusing!!! You cannot use your free passes. On the app or online. This app drives me insane trying to do something so simple. The links go to very unuseful pages. Why can I not just click on the movie and it auto loads my member account and applies the free tickets. If I can't use them what is the point.

The app doesn't work at all. Doesn't matter what troubleshooting I do, what internet connection I have, etc., it will not sign me into my account. There's a constant error about it having trouble connecting to the server, and this has been going on for months. Please fix it 🙏

Can not log in used my e mail password said there is a problem. Tried again. This time i tried to reregister with another e mail address and new password still would not let me in. I have a friend who tried to register because his old debit card had to be removed since he got a new one your company would not let him update his new card. What is up with that? You do not want customers are you going out of business? Wow!
