I appreciate the fact that this software integrates with MyCase, but that is about the only good thing I can say about it. It is horrible from a basic functionality standpoint. There is no way to search for anything other than your contacts. You can't search messages or calls. There is significant delay in the phone calls. The app runs terribly on Samsung phones - currently I can't even compose a text message to a new number. And we get more spam calls than we did before.

I just started using this app and I am very happy and pleased with it. The transcriptions are very clear and transcripes quite well with what the caller is saying. I am hearing impaired and dont always pick up what the caller is saying when I listen to the voicemail. I use this app for both business and personal. I tried the other apps and they did a poor job.Yours is the only one that does a great job.I just upgraded the payment plan. You have one very happy customer! 😊😊

Don't usually do reviews but felt the need to rate this app. Had a hiccup setting it up, but support got back to me twice and I now have it up and running. And what a gem of an app it is. Saves me so much time, and frustration. I get around 30 calls per day, sometimes I'm driving or working and can't get to the phone so being able to quickly go through my voicemail is fantastic! Would be nice if I could select more than one message at a time to delete them but that's a small thing. Good work!
