Poorly designed app, if you are an international traveler you cannot sign up for an account and therefore not make a booking. It appears the error message is not informative enough and after it fails you can complete the verification from email. Still poorly designed especially for international travelers if you can't accept international mobile numbers don't ask for it and add a skip option to avoid. Once on the app there is no indication of how many passengers the maxi cabs allow!

I downloaded the app and tried to book for a few days away. There was no option to book and all of a sudden I had a driver 1 minute away and I wasn't even in that city! So I tried to cancel but couldn't work out how to. Then the driver called me as he had arrived and I wasn't there. He was happy to not charge me. I will try again when I am in the city and hope my experience is good and as quick as tonight's pick up was!

this app charges too much compared to paying the driver, over multiple rides this mounts up to allot for regular users, especially thoes with TM card, no.option to pay using cash, dont use it. Get the old coop app or ring them up to book. One regular trip has always been $2-3 this app charges $5-7 for same trip.
