The new Mouse trap did its thing first night, but I feel Bluetooth connectivity is pointless. WiFi would be far more useful for the distance monitoring. If I have to be within 10m for Bluetooth to connect, I might as well just walk the extra 10m and look straight at the trap instead. Also, Bluetooth initially would not connect. Took about a dozen tries to get it to work. So, 5 stars for trap less 3 for pointless Bluetooth.

Got the new mouse trap today... won't connect to Bluetooth... Trap is charged, blue light flashes, I'm less than a foot from the device, Bluetooth on my phone is on and scanning... I've tried five times... Refuses to connect... useless. And it sounds like it doesn't work for anybody based on all the other reviews... that's disappointing... I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the trap. Lesson learned.

Ugh, STOP LOGGING ME OUT. App was OK when I have access. But it repeatedly logs me out for no reason. Result: alerts show notifications, but notifications lost because login screen intercepts! I have to go unlock password safe way back home to pull out the creds to get back in. Edit to add: On Android 15, app freezes shortly after launch. As well, it places some of its controls partially behind the "back", "home", & "switch" OS navigation buttons. Not well designed nor written.
