Disruption alerts and info - Want to be kept up to date when services change? We’ll let you know when your frequently used routes or stops are disrupted, based on your travel using registered AT HOP cards. Or you can subscribe to the specific routes you use, at the time of day you usually travel.

Train Line Status - Check how your train line is running before you head to the station, for any disruptions or delays.

Ratings and reviews

Great app overall, improved so much over the last few years. One thing that's still missing (I think unless I just can't find it...) is an easy way to track busses/save favourite bus numbers/routes. My kid catches the 064 school bus, and if I miss clicking on their stop, then the bus, or click away, I lose the tracking and can't get it back. Even if I had an arrival time at Albany (the last stop, so it doesnt appear under live departures) that would be handy, so I can see where they're at.

Good app, but recently got worse. I've recently been having troubles with accurate GPS tracking. Most of the times it thinks I'm across the street or just on a complete different road somehow thinking I'm inside buildings. Which this has led me to difficulties trying to navigate where to go to my bus stops. Please improve the GPS and I might reconsider the rating. Good app, awful GPS tracking.

App operated by Monkeys, almost always displaying incorrect info when you need it the most. Even the staff on site are telling people to not trust the app. Trains and buses are third world service, I've been stranded multiple times. You can't even make payment in the app, it just sends you to their website. I'll give negative points give I could.

What's new

We've made searching for key public transport locations (e.g. bus stations, train stations and ferry terminals) easier by prioritising these at the top of the search results list. We also now prioritise search results based on where you're looking on the map. If you move the map, the results will be based on the area of the map you are viewing.

We've also made it easier to subscribe for Service Alerts by adding a "Get Service Alerts" option to our main menu.
