Ratings and reviews

Would have given the app a 5 but for the last 2 weeks I have not been able to top up my sons bus card for school, noticed the website via pc also has the same issue. Having to top up at the station is frustrating and super inconvenient when we don't normally go past any stores that you can top up at. Also have noticed the live departures for the stops hasn't been loading on/off for the last 2 days which is a feature my son rely's on.
