FastNote helps you capture daily information in one place through chat-like input. You can type a natural sentence and the app can classify it as a task, expense, note, countdown, habit check-in, numeric metric, or saved link. You can also add each record type manually through dedicated forms.
For planning, you can create tasks with date, time, and category, mark tasks complete, and manage subtasks. For habits, you can record completion, view last completion time, and track consistency with a monthly heatmap. For countdowns, you can set target dates and view days remaining.
For personal records, you can write notes, save web links with optional title and description, attach tags, search records, and filter by category. The Quicknote area focuses on notes and links, while the Archive area groups tasks, expenses, countdowns, habits, and metric records.
For money tracking, you can log expenses, assign categories, and view daily, monthly, and total totals. The app also shows trend charts for expenses and numeric metrics, with optional goal projection values when available.
The app includes voice input for speech-to-text entry, basic voice and file message placeholders, record editing and deletion, theme color and avatar customization, backup and restore via text, and optional WebDAV upload and download sync for saved data.
