Before the intervention you will also be able to exchange messages with the assigned technician and with Caffè River to arrive at a quick and effective solution to your problem, as well as then express your satisfaction.
• You can request appointments with SQuaF, Caffè River's final assistance service
• You can send communications and suggestions, even in confidential mode, to report ideas, problems or anything else you want.
• You can read news about the new products offered by Caffè River.

Technician
• allows you to receive assistance requests directly in the App with details on the faulty machinery, the problem, contact telephone numbers and customer location with geopositioning.
• allows you to interact with the customer to indicate that the call has been taken over, when you plan to intervene, and exchange further information
• allows you to see in real time the status of the call ("Waiting", "Open", "Closed") and the description of each step that has been taken to manage the problem.
