About this app

OFFLINE POS turns your phone into a complete shop counter — and it never needs the internet.

Everything runs on the device. Scan a barcode, the price appears, the bill adds up, the stock goes down. No account, no sign-up, no monthly fee, and no data leaving your phone.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
The barcode engine is built into the app itself, so scanning works in airplane mode, in a basement shop, or anywhere the network drops. Your products, bills and customers stay in your own phone.

ADVANCED SCANNER
• Reads QR codes and every common barcode: EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code-128, Code-39, Code-93, Codabar, ITF, PDF417, Data Matrix and Aztec
• Torch for dark shelves, pinch to zoom, tap to focus
• Continuous mode — ring up a whole basket without stopping
• Read a code from a photo already in your gallery
• Type the code by hand when a label is torn
• A floating scan button you can drag anywhere on the screen

PRODUCTS WITH PHOTO, PRICE AND CODE
• Add every item in your shop with a photo from the camera or gallery
• Product name in English and in your own language
• Cost price, selling price, MRP, tax, unit (pcs, kg, ltr) and quantity
• No barcode printed on the item? The app generates one and draws the barcode and QR label on screen
• When the last piece is sold, the item is marked SOLD everywhere, and the app will not let you bill it by mistake
• Low-stock warning before you run out

BILLING THAT KEEPS UP WITH YOU
• Scan an item and the price is detected automatically and added to the bill
• Change quantity, override a price, or discount a single line
• Bill discount, tax, cash received, change to return and remaining due
• Cash, mobile wallet, card or credit
• Invoice with your shop name, logo, PAN/VAT and a QR code, ready to send over any messaging app

BACKUP YOU CAN TRUST
• One backup file holds everything: products, bills, customers, stock history, shop profile and all photos
• Saved into your phone's Documents folder, which survives an uninstall, a force stop and a Clear data
• Reinstall the app, import the file, and the whole shop is back, photos included
• Save to any folder or SD card, or send the backup over a messaging app, email or Bluetooth
• Automatic backup when you leave the app, and once every day
• Export products, sales and customers as CSV to open on a computer, and import products from CSV

OPTIONAL CLOUD BACKUP
If you want an off-site copy, enter your own server — WebDAV (Nextcloud, ownCloud, Synology) or an HTTP upload address. The file goes straight from your phone to your server. This stays switched off until you set it up.
