Hello! My name is OFFO (not OFO). I help to collect and send readings of water and electricity meters to settlement organizations. The application is designed for residents of apartment buildings in Vladivostok (private sector - only electricity) and Khabarovsk, who receive receipts directly from resource-supplying organizations.
