Ohanae delivers TRUST by reimagining private key protection (at-rest and in-motion) and password protection, while permitting a familiar access from any device.

Your Ohanae ID is a verifiable digital identity for the Ohanae OTC Market Platform (“Ohanae Platform”) with built-in Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) verification.

Ohanae ID offers passwordless login to Ohanae Platform through Ohanae Connect, a blockchain powered secure authentication mechanism without the need for username and password.


Protecting your Ohanae Platform Private Key:

• Ohanae captures your preferred email address upon Sign Up.
• After receiving an Ohanae ID account activation email, you proceed to activate the account and download the Ohanae app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Windows Store.
• The Ohanae app is secured with a user-defined passphrase.
• In case you forget your passphrase, there is a Passphrase Recovery feature available to assist in its retrieval.
• Once user logged in, the Ohanae app will generate private key on user’s device if it detects user does not have a private key.
• The Ohanae app generates an encryption key to encrypt the private key, and the encrypted version is uploaded to the Ohanae Platform for storage and synchronization in the cloud.
• During a session, the encrypted private key is decrypted within the Ohanae app and securely transmitted to the browser for transaction signing.
• This technology ensures that unauthorized transfers of funds and assets cannot occur without the knowledge of user.


Passphrase Recovery:

• When a user logs into the Ohanae app for the first time using a One-Time-Password (“OTP”), the app detects that there is no public key associated with the user's account.
• The app prompts the user to input their first name, last name, new passphrase, and confirm the new passphrase to effect the change.
• Once all these steps are successfully completed, the app will create an automatic passphrase recovery feature for the user.

• With the explosion of online services, the number of individual websites requiring registration has dramatically increased, and it is becoming apparent that the current username/password authentication model is unsustainable.

• To deal with dozens of individual usernames and passwords required by different sites, users are forced to either write down their usernames or reuse the same password for every website.
