Think twice before entering into contracts with Awasr and never pay via their website you have a high chance of losing your money and almost impossible to recover + if you have issue with them as I did and decide to cancel their contract you will end up paying over the roof so think hard before committing yourself and to me customer service and support is very crucial which was lacking with my experience with them.

This app only good for payment , other facilites are useless, feedback system and support doesn't work and if you open a ticket they close it by them self I have lost faith on thire services too

I am deeply dissatisfied. Recently requested to transfer my fiber connection to a new location during the contract period, but was informed that this was not possible due to their policy.When I initially signed up for the service, a representative in the Burj Al Sawa office informed me that it was possible to transfer the connection to a new location. However, now they say that I would have to terminate the connection and pay a penalty of 60 Riyal, as well as return the modem. Ridiculous policy
