What’s new

* Major changes :-
- Changing the Themes.
- Initial support for Arabic language Right-to-Left design.

* Fixed bugs :-
- UTAS brand logo was not showing on top of dashboard page for Android devices.
- Library & SAC services system was sending unsupported date format on some Samsung devices on check room availability or on reserve.
- Dashboard automatic recent announcements slider was failing to load for Android 10 up to Android 13.
