I cannot seem to log in to the app even after uninstalling and reinstalling. The "forgot password" doesn't seem to work either as there is an error stating "connection error, please try again later" popped out everytime I enter my email address. Perhaps fix the bug issues? Or at least make it more user friendly for us to navigate around when we loose our passwords. I have spent certain items on this app, I don't intend to create a new account just for the sake of not being able to log in.

Recently, this apps has lots of problem， it always restart the apps after I opened the apps. Inside the apps content especially at the 添燈加油 area, when I click the existing lamps, it always kick me out and restart the apps same as when I top up to extended the lamps, it didn't reflect the extension and I need to raise the issue to Lingit or Google Play.

there's no way for refund duplicate purchased. When check for order history not showing my previous purchased, and then after I paid for it shows I purchased the same before and can't get refund or credit back.
