Doorstep One Porter is the mobile companion for valet trash service teams powered by the Doorstep One platform. Any valet trash service provider can use Doorstep One to manage operations, and porters use this app to run their nightly collection routes.

Your organization assigns routes, you open the app, and you tap through each door — collected, skipped, or violation. No paper logs, no group texts.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the app and see tonight's assigned routes.
2. The app lists every unit on your route in order.
3. At each door: tap Collected, mark a skip reason, or flag a violation with a photo.
4. GPS runs in the background so your route coverage is verified automatically.
5. Finish up, and your supervisor has the full report.

That's it. The app is built around fewer taps and getting you in and out fast.
