WHAT IS HUB2ONE?
Hub2One is an all-in-one business platform. Managers and owners use the Hub2One web portal to run their business; employees and workers use this app to get work done and stay in sync. Same account, same data—whether you're at your desk or on the go.

• Team Chat – Real-time messaging with your team. Send messages, share files, and react with emojis. Group and direct conversations in one place.

• Video & Voice Calls – Built-in calling for one-on-one and group meetings. Answer calls even when the app is in the background.

• Tasks – View and update your tasks. Create new tasks, add comments, and upload files. Kanban-style boards and lists keep everything clear.

• Timesheets – Log your hours and submit timesheets. Request leave and track approvals.

WHO IT'S FOR
Hub2One is for employees and workers whose company uses Hub2One. Your admin will give you a site code and invite you to sign up. Once you're in, use the app for chat, tasks, timesheets, calendar, drive, and everything else your company has enabled.
