About this app

Moveo One User Research is the participant app for research studies run by Moveo One and its research partners. You only need it if you have been invited to a study — or if you want to see how one works.

How it works: open the setup link from your invitation, or type in the study code you were given. The app shows you the study name, every website the study covers, and exactly what is and isn't recorded. Nothing at all is collected until you accept.

The study then runs inside the app's built-in browser, only on the websites listed on the consent screen. While you use those sites, the app records how you interact with them — taps, scrolling, typing activity (never the text you type), and how long you spend on each page — together with basic technical context such as device type, screen size and language. Nothing is collected on any other website or anywhere else on your device, and no passwords, payment details or typed text are ever recorded.

No invitation? Tap "Try a demo study" and run the whole flow — consent, tasks and the study browser — on any website you choose. The demo records absolutely nothing: no measurement runs and nothing is sent anywhere.

You take part under a random participant ID. The research team receives study results under that ID, never your name or your email address. There is no account and nothing to set up.

You are in control the whole way through:
• Declining consent collects nothing.
• "Finish study" ends participation whenever you like — you don't have to complete the tasks.
• "Leave study" removes the study from the device and clears your logins on the study websites.
• "How it works", on the first screen, explains what is collected, what never is, and how to ask for your data to be deleted.
