Ratings and reviews

All good and dandy until you have a problem that needs to be resolved. It is impossible to get customer service on the phone, and chat is just ridiculous, you basically talk to a chat both. Once you get operator to replay it is so slow it hurts. My account was frozen because Tomorrow was missing a document to confirm change of phone number in the app. There was no warning, or explanation that this document is required. Card just stopped working. I am still waiting, even though I sent the doc.

Neither German nor English support chat in the app functions. In the German version the bot asks to reformulate the question, then proposes to call a human with a set of answers ("Ja, bitte" included). Then it can't understand the answer "Ja, bitte", and tells at 15:00 that the support line is available only from 09:30 to 17:00. Finally the interaction is looped indefinitely. The English one says "bye" after getting the "reformulated" request. Bravo! Truly an AI-Circus

The overall user interface is just awesome. Transactions are actually done twice a day which comes in handy. Would wish to see some more designs in the app or simply be able to change certain pictures of for example the so called pockets. The 'art style' in the app is nice but could be made more suitable for people not interested in art (I assume that would make it even more attractive for younger folks).
