Ratings and reviews

All good and dandy until you have a problem that needs to be resolved. It is impossible to get customer service on the phone, and chat is just ridiculous, you basically talk to a chat both. Once you get operator to replay it is so slow it hurts. My account was frozen because Tomorrow was missing a document to confirm change of phone number in the app. There was no warning, or explanation that this document is required. Card just stopped working. I am still waiting, even though I sent the doc.

Please help me, I am having trouble passing the identity verification process via the introduction video call Because of my weak English, I did not understand the first question of the ID employee. Although my English is weak, I had no difficulty successfully passing the identity verification process on my old account, which has now been terminated and is linked to the following email address: I suggest you add two additional languages to the app to help some new customers successfully pass

It lacks a browser interface. The competitors can be accessible via either browser or mobile phone application. However, this one I cannot access unless I use the mobile phone. It can be very inconvenient to make certain operations if I have to use the computer and the mobile at the same time. Let alone typing the IBAN numbers on the mobile. I could just copy and paste from one window to another. Or just look at my finances and add it to a spreadsheet. The Just mobile phone interface isn't attractive to me, so much so that I am considering the competitors. (Like the one which exports my data to a CSV file or PDF)
