Am having logging issues with the app and I have money in my account which I cannot access because of the error I get when I try to sign in or login. This is really frustrating and disappointing 😞 😕 😪 I have uninstall the app several times but still having the same problem, your help desk is not helping any better to resolve this. Am writing this with unhappy review towards your app.

Too many errors. it asks for a cellphone number in order to send an OTP only to return with "request could not be processed". I see it as a sign and will rather support a retailer that's not listed with 1Voucher.

#1Voucher i would like bring something forth. i had noticed what appeared to be sort of a glitch, just after logging into the app. available options hide behind an orange layer withh 100% opacity. But once scroll down options slightly appears then hide again behind this layer that act like a 'curtain'
