ZERO Complaint is an application developed by the ZERO Association that allows citizens to report problems related to urban mobility in a simple, fast, and effective way.
Through the application, you can register complaints about:
• Delays in public transport
• Problems with pedestrian or cycle paths
• Infrastructure in poor condition
• Incomplete or incorrect public information
Each complaint can include:
• The type of problem detected
• An additional description (optional)
• The location where it occurred (optional)
• A photograph to document the situation (optional)
Submitted complaints are sent directly to the ZERO Association system, which is responsible for analyzing and forwarding each case to the competent entity, ensuring proper follow-up.
The user can check the status of their complaint at any time through the application.
ZERO Complaint promotes active and participatory citizenship, contributing to the improvement of urban mobility conditions in Portugal.
