This company is a joke and their app is a money-making scheme. I had an account, had already used this specific location, and my card details had been stored previously, so I thought I was good to go. Tried to set up my session, logged in, got through location and registration only to have it load. And load. And carry on loading for several minutes. Went out of the app to try again, 3 times. Same thing kept happening. I took screenshots and now waiting for the fine so I can rip them a new one!

SCAMMERS App refused to accept 7 different card details. I had to run to get change because the stupid machine on site didn't accept cards or paper money. As a result I've ended up with a £100 fine because I went over 10 minutes 'grace' period. It's an absolute scam - the only reason you would have a measly 10 mins and an app that doesn't work but keeps you hanging on waiting to see if it will accept payment. Nasty, immoral people that came up with this.

Forced to use this app because the carpark took coins only and not cards (sorry who has over £10 loose change on them these days). The rest of Brighton uses PaybyPhone so this was immediately a red flag. Took 10 minutes to install and pay, only to find I was charged a 'booking fee' which was not highlighted at checkout. If I see any carpark using this service again, I will move on.
