Choose Poncho (male voice) or Ponchita (female voice) in Settings. Have a live voice conversation and review the context of the chat or the selected opportunity and company. The app remembers your choice for the next time you connect.

KEEP TALKING WHEN SWITCHING APPS

Turn on Continue in Background to maintain a voice conversation when switching apps or locking your screen. The microphone is only activated when connecting to a conversation; you can mute or end it from the app and, on Android, from the voice notification. Each connection lasts up to 10 minutes and requires an internet connection. It is not a continuous listening session and does not start automatically.

View the alerts associated with your account and, when you need more details, open the ConstancIA web panel directly from the alert.

ConstancIA Mobile offers direct access to agent functions and your alerts, with a simple interface for working from your phone.
