About this app

DocBridge handles your company's invoices from the moment they appear — in your email, inbox, or in your hand.

With the app:

• Photograph a paper invoice and send it in seconds
• Send a received PDF without going through your computer
• See the status of each document: received, read, validated, in accounting
• Approve what only needs a "yes," without opening your laptop
• Receive an alert when a document needs your attention

What the app does for you after sending: reads the supplier, number, date, totals, and VAT; checks the tax code when it exists; detects duplicates; and forwards the document to the correct company.

The app is the mobile end of the DocBridge portal (docbridge.online). You need an account — if you don't already have one, contact us.
