The app is genuinely good! Sometimes it is a little bit hard to find a specific function or document, but it offers everything I need: Easy submission of documents, an overview of my insurance costs and returns, as well as an AI assistant to check symptoms which has actually saved me visits to the doctor.

Fast, pretty comprehensive, accurate and easy to use. Should be possible to make changes with contracts, conditions or users directly in the app, with an easy-to-fill request form. I wanted to have my son complementary insurance moved to his GM account and apparently is not possible in the app, I need to send a letter where I don't know what to write, and is annoying.

A bit complicated. Continuous error messages, but then it seems to work anyway. If I had just stopped at the first fatal looking error message I would not have been able to send my docs, nor rate this app! You need to get rid of those disturbing and incorrect error messages. In addition it comes up ever time I download a pdf, asking me to log in. I had no other choice than to uninstall, which wasn't easy as it doesn't even appear in the list of installed apps!
