From the beginning, the app worked perfectly well. Until I loaded it with a few cedis then the app starts to malfunction. I cannot sign in the app. This got me very frustrated and made a thorough research on the app and realized it might be a potential scam since it has not been through the necessary regulations or has not been verified by the authorities. This problem should be resolved or else, from my perspective I say this is a scam.

I have tried a couple of times to verify my account, but I keep getting an "error" response. While creating the account, it asked for OTPs that had been sent to both my number and email, but I received none only to receive them at a later time. I try signing in, and my email was already provided, so I put in my password just to understand what is happening, and it turns an account had already been created in all that time. Can we have these checked out?

I downloaded the app quite recently, there two issues. 1. the app kept closing anytime I launched it. I've checked updates and but none available. 2. my account has not been approved since I signed up indicating KYC. I checked it and it said national ID. I've entered multiple times yet, the same issue. 3. I've deposited some money into the account, so I decided to check the withdrawal process and it's not working for me... #These are my issues....
