Very disappointed with the services The person at first desk will assure you that you case is very easy and it will be solved in very less time ...but the case will keep rotating to one or other person for months...and at last nothing will happen.....just waste of money and moreover TIME as u have to invest lot of time ask for callbacks and explaining ur case everytime to new individual.. Do trust this app .... Also don't trust the calls from OLI .. It's jut of no use....at all

Very disappointing experience with Onlinelegalindia. They have charged a huge amount of fee for registering which is more than the value of product for which complaint was filed. Even though after making payment and documents submission it has been 3 months plus and no help has been received yet. On app it shows work has been completed but actually nothing has been done yet. The contact number of advocate assigned does not work. They even doesn't help after seeking call back request.Frustrated

Worst app, i have registered for gst and took the startup package and they told us to upgrade to basic package where you can also get the option for refund from both packages. Whereas i have paid for both the services, yet i didn't get any services. It's been 1 and a half week that i had asked them for refund and still i didn't get any refund yet and any appropriate response. The support team is just giving excuses and telling "sir, you will get the call soon". Waste of time.
