They don’t tell you the full charges upfront. After payment, they keep adding hidden costs one by one. When I asked for a refund for a service I never used, they flatly refused. Very disappointing and unprofessional — better to avoid paying them at all.

I had a very bad experience with OnlineLegalIndia. Their service is highly unprofessional and feels like a fraud. At the time of payment, they keep calling again and again, but once the money is paid, they stop responding. My services were delayed for a very long time, and despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper update. They only make false promises and try to push for more payments without actually delivering the service. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this platform.

I had a very disappointing experience with Online Legal India. I paid ₹4,010 on 12th October 2025 for trademark registration, believing it covered the full process. After payment, they said it was only the first step and asked for ₹4,000 more, and later demanded ₹10,000–₹12,000 extra for the actual registration. These hidden costs were never mentioned upfront, which feels completely misleading. I refused to pay more and raised a refund request. They confirmed my complaint under Ticket ID 684732
