OpenFlow is the field app of the Open Facilities platform, used by professional teams in cleaning, building maintenance, and operational management to perform and record daily activities.

How it works
OpenFlow is a corporate tool. Accounts are created by the contracting company (Open Facilities client) in the web administrative panel — the employee receives the credentials and installs the app to register the operation in the field. There is no public registration, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

After logging in, the employee accesses:
• The dashboard with assigned tasks
• QR code scanning to identify the work location
• Execution of the task checklist, with photo capture when required
• Task completion with confirmation and submission of evidence
• History of their own executions and calls

About Open Facilities
Open Facilities develops operational management solutions for the facilities sector in Brazil. OpenFlow is the mobile component of the platform and works in conjunction with the administrative web panel accessible at open.log.br.
