**Your process managed without any worries**

Delivery system has been developed to make the (interim) delivery of your project as easy as possible. You can digitally map out a project with minimal steps. Your chain partners are informed simultaneously and without additional actions about open (delivery) points and any damage. The project data is guaranteed. Delivery system supports you in communicating clearly with chain partners, records the data flow and thus helps to significantly reduce failure costs.

**The delivery process**

There is only one delivery. Prior to this delivery, the partners carry out a preliminary inspection to check the extent to which the work has not yet been carried out in accordance with the specifications and drawings. In the remaining time until delivery, everyone has the opportunity to have the work fully comply with the specifications and drawings. Upon delivery, another inspection is done to determine the remaining defects. This list forms the delivery list. Traditionally, this process is done with paper delivery lists, which leads to enormous paper administration and loss of overview.

iT-Ti has developed a delivery system for this entire process, consisting of an online environment and an app. You go through the process to delivery with minimal actions, without paper administration, and you are back in control for timely delivery.

**How ​​does it work?**

After registration you will have access to the app and the online environment of Opleversysteem. Here you load the construction drawing/floor plan of your project. You then use your mobile device to walk through the (sub) project to be delivered and capture the defects found. Add comments where desired. Once you are near Wi-Fi, press 'upload' and your data will be processed. The emails with defects are automatically sent to the responsible party. All defects are marked on the construction drawing/plan, so everyone always knows where this point is located.

The responsible party will receive a collection email with a request to resolve the defect by a certain date. As soon as the defect has been resolved, the executing party will report via the link that the point is ready, and you will receive a message. You can then perform a check again. If the defect is not resolved, take another photo and repeat the process.
