Bad customer experiece. Many many obscure fees incurred once activating an account here at this bank. Not any clear explanation provided at the transaction points for customers. Just like ways of cheating. Information provided is not consistent across its service agents. One day after my first account activated, I made a call to the bank hotline to ask if SMS has been automatically registered to my account, the man replied that he would check on it, and give the response later soon. Not resolved

According to its published policy, the bank collects a wide range of personal data and shares those data with every kind of third party. The customer has no choice: either accept that policy, or stop being a "customer".
