Photo and driver form fixes:
• Required photos are now checked before the confirmation is sent —
a delivery could previously be submitted without a photo.
• Photos upload faster and retry after a dropped connection.
• The "proof of lumper" screen only appears when it is required.
• The Billing section now shows the billing customer, not the shipper.
• Warehouse deliveries now show the warehouse instead of the end customer.
• Fixed the slowdown after returning to the app while taking photos.
