Ratings and reviews

I expect more from an app that is dealing with a $30,000+ investment. Does not keep up to date information. Just use the website, don't even bother using the app. For example website says car is unloaded from ship but app says car is still on the ship out at sea. Also does not give you information on the ship that your vehicle is loaded on. If you want that information you have to ask the vpc directly and you can't track the ship. This app gives you less information where there should be more.

What is wrong with this horrible app? Every time I try to use it I have to re-register my email. Now it's asking for some shipping number. I just want to check the status of my vehicle and verify the maintenance is being done.

Why create this app? It tells you the same info as the website. At least on the website you do not need to register your email address. They will email you anyways when your vehicle arrives anyways. This app does not add any value or additional information. I would like to see the name of the vessel your vehicle is on. They could also include a link to a map that would track the vessel.
