The app is really helpful and useful for learning to align the phone to optic. It also locks the camera to keep it from switching. I have become so good at attaching the phone that I no longer use the app all that often other than to record something right away. I usually lock my phone on the telephoto camera to magnify what what the optic is magnifying.

App works really well. I am able to use my spotting scopes zoom for most of the work and then use then use my phones pinch zoom for the fine details.

5 start product. 1 star software, absolutely sucks. can't go into camera role in the app, it will crash. zoom in, it will crash. look at it wrong, it will crash. we spent some good mony on the magview product. lets figure out how to make the software better. come on guys.
