1. You are over 18 years old and you own an identity document. Download the application and follow the instructions.
2. Validate the Terms Of Use.
3. Fulfill your your mobile phone number. Then enter the One Time Password (OTP) received by SMS.
4. Fulfill your your email address. Then enter the One Time Password (OTP) received by email.
5. Define your password.
6. Scan your identity document and take a selfie video to perform face matching combined with liveness detection with the objective to confirm your are the one behind the smartphone.
7. We check the information you have provided.
8. Your digital identity is ready in real time.
9. You can now complete your Identity Wallet at your own pace.

3. Authenticate yourself on the TrustMe App with your authentication method.
4. Scan the QR code from the Activities section

6. The transaction is validated and you can access the requested service.
7. You can visualize your transactions backlog.
8. In option, you can also confirm your identity to an another TrustMe user on-line and/or face-to-face.

DO NOT INSTALL IT IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER! This app is useless if you are not a French citizen, and without the French ID you will not be able to do anything. It's super frustrating to use, and I regret ever giving my personal data to this company. Believe me, it's trully USELESS if you are not a French citizen!

totally useless , in one month credentials are still pending, basically a waste of time

Tried to register with my ID. The app did not recognised it. Then, I deleted the process to identify with the ID to do it via passport. It didn't allow me to do it saying that I already initiate the process with an ID. Useless app.
