1. You are over 18 years old and you own an identity document. Download the application and follow the instructions.
2. Validate the Terms Of Use.
3. Fulfill your your mobile phone number. Then enter the One Time Password (OTP) received by SMS.
4. Fulfill your your email address. Then enter the One Time Password (OTP) received by email.
5. Define your password.
6. Scan your identity document and take a selfie video to perform face matching combined with liveness detection with the objective to confirm your are the one behind the smartphone.
7. We check the information you have provided.
8. Your digital identity is ready in real time.
9. You can now complete your Identity Wallet at your own pace.

1. Whenever a website proposes to use your TrustMe digital identity to use their services.
2. Just click on the "Connect with TrustMe" button.
3. Authenticate yourself on the TrustMe App with your authentication method.
4. Scan the QR code from the Activities section
5. Give your consent, on your mobile phone, to share your credentials.
6. The transaction is validated and you can access the requested service.
7. You can visualize your transactions backlog.
8. In option, you can also confirm your identity to an another TrustMe user on-line and/or face-to-face.

Ratings and reviews

I followed the instructions and was told two hours later that it failed. But not why. This is poor service for a critical application. They replied that for security reasons they don't provide this information in the app but only by email, but the rejection was sent by email to begin with, so they could just as well put the reason in it to begin with. When they finally did approve access, they sent no notification. At least it's fast to log in to services once it works.

the app is useful for paperwork but today I saw that my id on the app said it will expire in 2031 while my physical said it will expire in the year 2035 which can be bothersome so I hope that you'll fix the issue anytime soon.

Tried to register with my ID. The app did not recognised it. Then, I deleted the process to identify with the ID to do it via passport. It didn't allow me to do it saying that I already initiate the process with an ID. Useless app.
