Allergy Sufferers is the only app that provides accurate daily pollen and spore forecasts (80% accuracy) for seasonal allergy sufferers across Canada. Aerobiology Research Laboratories (ARL) is the only professional company in North America that collects and analyzes daily pollen and spore samples during the season from 30 stations across Canada.

Samples are analyzed daily by a highly trained team with over 50 yrs. of combined identification and analysis experience. Using artificial intelligence, actual science, 30 yrs. of historical data and weather variables, we produce forecasts that are 80% accurate when compared to real daily data.

Premium version
• Get the full forecast of all individual pollen and spores in the air today and levels.
• Receive personalized 3-day pollen forecasts to the specific pollen and spores you are allergic to (up to 7) and up to 3 locations/areas.
• Total of 4 days of forecasts at 80% accuracy rate of the season
• Add your personal information to our calendar system, allowing you to easily track how you feel from day to day and what medications or treatments you have used.
• Utilize our data visualizer to see how pollen and spore levels correlate with your sentiments and medication. This feature can help you figure out what you are allergic to.
• Get tips to minimize your allergy triggers.

Free app version and subscription information:
Free app users get a free 14-day trial of the premium version if desired, but Google Play policy dictates that they require payment information on file. Payment is charged directly to your Google Play account upon completion of the trial period and within 24 hours of a subscription renewal. Annual subscriptions are $14.99 and provide full access to all premium features for the full pollen and spore season. App subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of the original subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The user may manage subscriptions, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases the subscription.

Ratings and reviews

I used to have this app a few years ago and abandoned it as it was so terrible. As of mid 2022 a revised version is available that isuch better. You can see and track allergen/pollen levels is your area, what meds you took, and how your symptoms feel (ok, bad, brutal). Definitely worth a few bucks to see if there is a pattern to your symptoms. 4 stars as the interface is a little clunky, but good enough to be useable. A push reminder to enter data daily would be a simple feature adder.

I loved this app and paid for premium, now second year in a row I cannot access premium features eventhough I have paid for it. I have contacted them and have had no response. Very disappointing treatment of a longtime customer. Last year's solution of we will send you an email with updates was unacceptable, this year I have just been ignored after having my cc was charged and again no access! I will be seeking a full refund VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Limited info on free version. Today it says allergy levels are moderate, and low total scores for trees, grasses and spores. You need to pay them to get more specific info. The Weather Network provides more allergy info for free. It's a shame that this app provides so little to the public for free. It's hard to get any allergy info in Canada as it is.
