Animal Help Now directs anyone in the UNITED STATES who encounters a WILDLIFE EMERGENCY to the closest, most appropriate help, 24/7. Use it for orphaned or injured wildlife, stranded marine animals, etc. Provides immediate access anywhere in the United States to wildlife rehabilitators, rescues, and hotlines, as well as veterinarians who treat wildlife.

Animal Help Now now also directs anyone in the U.S. who is experiencing a WILDLIFE CONFLICT to the closest, most appropriate help. AHNow quickly and easily connects you with humane wildlife consultants and operators so that you can find cruelty-free assistance for pigeons in your attic, skunks under your porch, and the like.

Animal Help Now also provides guidance on how to handle a DOMESTIC ANIMAL EMERGENCY (lost cat, neglected dog, starved horses, etc.).

The service's Resources page provides additional information, including preparing for and responding to disasters.

While the app itself's interface is pretty old-looking and could use an update, the app is wonderful. The app will tell you where the nearest rehabilitators are and what animals they take (eg. this one takes songbirds. this one only takes raccoons. etc). It also tells you if it's legal to take animals across state lines, and how to help and handle certain animals. You can search by animal, by location, and it's overall a resource I think everyone should have.

so handy. I've used this app now twice. once for a racoon and once for a squirrel who needed assistance. such a great tool to have and to share

Fantastic app, greatly appreciate & needed! We live near the beach & are around cats, so occasionally we will find animals, usually babies! We found a newborn mockingbird nest in a very precarious position & one fell out of the tree & was a newborn, eyes not evening open yet! I looked everywhere on the internet & couldn't find anything, so I checked the app store & saw THIS app! Was matched w/ someone that same day & picked up the little guy the same day! VERY helpful, cool app, Thank you🕊️
