About this app

● AICCRA-ANACIM is an Android-based mobile application developed through a collaboration between the Accelerating Impacts of CGIAR Climate Research for Africa (AICCRA), the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), and the Agence Nationale de l’Aviation Civile et de la Météorologie (ANACIM).


● The application is designed to facilitate simple, efficient, and error-minimized collection of agro-meteorological and field-level data across agriculture and allied sectors, including livestock, fisheries, forestry, bushfires, markets, weather, and water points.


● The app enables members of the Multidisciplinary Working Group of the National Framework for Climate Services (GTP users) to collect data from different regions of Senegal. The collected data are synchronized with a cloud-based system and visualized through a web-based dashboard. The application is multilingual and available in both English and French.
