I love the content but the app is buggy. I can't make it through any of the videos without the media player giving up. It's so frustrating that I just quit the app. I currently have a paid membership. I think there needs to be a way to download the videos and play them without them crashing the media player and sending me back to the initial video page.

i downloaded and watched part of a 15-minute video immediately. about three minutes in, the video paused and said I'd watched 10 of my free 30 monthly minutes. i wanted to watch a couple videos to evaluate the worth of the video lessons. About halfway through the 15-minute video, the video was stopped and I was told if watched all 30 of my free minutes. I never got to where the subscription costs were because there are obvious problems based on the nine minutes of experience i had on the app.

I often have difficulty logging in. I also have difficulty with videos not wanting to start.
