Learn to hold your party firmly in the church choir! Church singing simulator is designed for those who want to learn how to sing the main chants of Orthodox worship, perhaps even without a musical background.
You do not know the notes? Listen to the singing of a party close to you in height, sing along, record your voice. Listen to your recording in comparison with the original.
You already sing a little in the choir, but do not hold the part yourself? Practice with your party, and then turn it off, leave only three others and write yourself down. Listen, what did you do ... Didn’t it? Record again.
Features of the program:
- listening to chants in a four-voice recording;
- multitrack playback;
- turn on / off any part in the process of sounding;
- parallel recording of your voice recording (need headphones or a headset);
- listening to several of your recordings together; - sending your notes to the teacher.
A set of chants:
- All-night vigil: the use of unchanging chants + vowels of Sunday stichera, troparia, prokimna and irmosa;
- Divine Liturgy: common chants;
- Divine Liturgy for singing with children;
It is possible to create your own training set.
The application was developed on the basis of materials from the Regency-Singing Department of the Kharkov Theological Seminary, primarily for improving the educational process in singing courses.
While the teaching notes are not perfect, they can still be a good help for those who want to learn church singing. Music collections are available at http://regent.kharkov.ua/index.php/services/education
