Invoice IQ turns accounts payable into a few taps.

Photograph an invoice or upload a file, and the details are read for you:
vendor, invoice number, dates, currency, totals, tax and line items. No
retyping, no spreadsheets, no chasing paper around the office.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Capture from anywhere
Use your camera the moment an invoice arrives, or attach a PDF you already
have. Uploads queue and send when you are back on a connection.

Approvals that follow your structure
Invoices move through the people who need to see them, from AP clerk to
department manager to finance and treasury. Everyone sees only the queue that
belongs to their role, and approvals can be given from your phone.

Payments tracked to settlement
Group approved invoices into payment cycles, record settlement, and keep a
clear view of what is outstanding and what is done.

Accounting that stays in step
Connect Xero and publish approved invoices to your ledger, using the account
codes and tax rates you already work with.

A permanent audit trail
Every submission, approval, rejection and payment is recorded with the person
and the time, and can be exported for review.

Ask about your own invoices
A built-in assistant answers questions about the invoices in your
organisation, so you can find what you need without building a report.

BUILT FOR WORK

Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account, with no extra password to
remember. Protect the app with your fingerprint, face or a passcode. Switch
between the roles you hold without signing out.

Invoice IQ comes in two plans. Lite suits lean teams who want capture,
one-step approval and payment tracking. The Enterprise Suite adds departments
and cost centres, a four-stage approval chain, value thresholds that decide
who must approve, and treasury release as a separate recorded step.

An Invoice IQ account is required. You can create an organisation when you
first sign in, or join one you have been invited to.
