About this app

Most home inventory apps want you to file insurance claims. AllKeep wants you to find your passport on a Tuesday.

Snap a photo of anything you own — AllKeep names it, tags it, drops it in the right category. Lay nine items on the table and shoot one frame; we'll split and tag each one. Two years later, ask "where's my passport?" and get an answer in a second.

WHAT'S IN IT

— Ask, don't search. Type "winter boots" or "the lease from 2022" and AllKeep points to the exact box.
— Up to 12 photos per item. Front, back, serial number, receipt — whatever you'll wish you'd kept later.
— Bulk-grid camera. Nine items, one shot, nine tagged entries.
— Nested locations. A box, in a room, in a home — the way you actually store things, not a flat list of folders.
— Family sharing that doesn't ghost. See who accepted the invite, who declined, who's still thinking.
— Multiple workspaces. Your place, your parents', the Airbnb — three separate inventories in one app.
— Works offline. Edits sync when you're back on signal.
— JSON export, any time. Your data leaves with you.

WHO IT'S FOR

People mid-move with boxes everywhere. Renters who change apartments every couple of years. Parents tracking kids' clothes and toys by season. Collectors. Anyone who's opened a storage box and thought "no idea what's in here."

PRIVACY

Photos and item notes stay in your account. We don't sell anything to anyone, and there are no ads. Photos sent to OpenAI for tagging are processed on request and not used to train models.
