About this app

Photograph what you own and AllKeep fills in the item for you: its name, category, and the brand and model when it can read them. Put things in rooms and boxes, print QR labels for the boxes, and share the whole home with your family.

When you need something, search or ask in plain words ("winter boots", "the lease from 2022") and AllKeep tells you which box it is in. When your insurer asks for a list after a fire, a flood or a theft, the web app prints every item with its photo, place and value, or saves it as a PDF or a spreadsheet.

WHAT'S IN IT

• AI from a photo. One photo per item, or lay several things on a table and add them all from one shot.
• Rooms and boxes, nested the way you store things: a box on a shelf in a room.
• QR labels. Stick one on a box and scan it to see what is inside.
• Ask (Pro). Questions in plain words about everything you own.
• Up to 10 photos per item: front, back, serial number, receipt.
• Family sharing and separate workspaces: your home, your parents' home, a storage unit.
• Works offline and syncs when you are back online.
• The same inventory on the web at allkeep.org.
• Export any time: a CSV and a printable report on the web, JSON in the app.

PRIVACY

Your photos and notes stay in your account. There are no ads, and we sell nothing to anyone. Photos sent to OpenAI for recognition are processed on request and not used to train models. Full policy: https://allkeep.org/en/privacy

PRICING

Items, boxes, rooms, sharing, QR labels and search are free with no time limit, and every account gets 30 AI credits a month. Pro unlocks unlimited AI recognition and Ask. Google Play shows the price before you subscribe, and you can cancel any time in Google Play.
