I love what the app is set up to do. In my experience, using a Samsung A53, the app seems to get stuck and not open every time. This could be an issue with my phone, besides that the app is great. I love that I can message different agents within the bank, it has helped me immensely.

LOVE Alternatives.. this app is def an improvement over the last, but I still can't connect this acct to an outside acct to transfer money quickly and I can't deposit $ from the area I live in There are no partnered branches near me for depositing $, so banking using Alternatives can be difficult for me. The employees are amazing. I would have no complaints if there were somewhere to do my banking where I live (elmira area). Otherwise, it feels a lot like banking through an online app.

Love the new app; it's clean, easy to use and in my experience has been bug free but it's missing an important feature that I believe all banking apps should have: notifications for transactions. It would be so much more helpful to be able to know when transactions are made (or approved) without having to check back every so often. Also, it's nice to have a PIN but 4 digits is slim (at least an option for more?) and it would be nice to be able to set the timeout length.
