To echo Collsni's review, ever since the "mitek" upgrade I am no longer able to take photos of checks automatically. You have to wait for it to time out and then it gives you an option to take a manual picture. This works, but it takes about 3 minutes when it should take seconds. It's not a deal breaker, but it's pretty annoying. This happens on both my phone and my wife's phone. She has a pixel 2 and I have an S9+.

App is unstable and check deposit crashes every time since the Nougat update. Will update this review when fixed. UPDATE: 3 years later, check deposit is still bad. The app doesn't crash but auto capture for check images does not work, even in perfect lighting with a dark background. And you don't have the option to manually capture until auto has gone through 20 seconds of futile hunting for the image...for each side of the check! Obvious lack of interest in this app by Altra.

I don't know what happened in the last update, but every single time I try to open your app it restarts my phone. I checked and it's only doing it with your app. I even restarted my phone manually, and uninstalled then reinstalled your app. It's completely unusable now, and I use it ALL THE TIME. I hope you see this message soon and fix the problem, very disappointing.
