Prior to your latest "upgrade" I had no issues whatsoever. I have not only, (for the 1st time EVER!...) overdrawn my account, due to your ridiculous new format, but I cannot find anything I'm looking for because your upgrade is a disaster!!! I hate it and will be closing my accounts the first chance I get!! Why fix something that's working perfectly fine?? The color scheme is also offensive compared to what was. Reminds me of the very first websites done in old school "Basic" in 1980-81.

When it works, it works well! But I've got to say it often crashes or just wouldn't load. I've been using the app for a handful of years now and that's definitely a reoccurring issue that this app has. Hopefully they can fix that for good. It's pretty frustrating when I'm in need to check my balance or online deposit checks. Another problem I've had is it'll say my password does not match information when I know in fact I typed it in correctly.

I don't know what happened in the last update, but every single time I try to open your app it restarts my phone. I checked and it's only doing it with your app. I even restarted my phone manually, and uninstalled then reinstalled your app. It's completely unusable now, and I use it ALL THE TIME. I hope you see this message soon and fix the problem, very disappointing.
