more ads! yay after using the app more, you can remove the ads at the top. one star is still appropriate. the UI is still bad. sometimes the back button takes you back a step, sometimes it logs you out. making an automatic transfer takes an absurd number of clicks. haven't found the feature to deposit a check on mobile. the ai chat bot says its there but the instructions are incomplete or wrong.

It looks "more modern" now, but clearly has issues. I'll ignore how clunky autopay setup is because the email had instructions. HOWEVER, it is incredibly annoying that "your records indicate I don't have autopay set up" when CLEARLY it is set up, and the account has a giant "AUTOPAY" badge on it. Indicating your records DO SHOW I have it set up.

If you login on desktop, then later using same login credentials on the app, it will not be recognized. Have to call in for password reset every time I crossover. Half hour lost every mobile deposit. Was this way on old app too. Unfortunately it's the same on the new website and app update. System deep and needs to be fixed.
