It looks "more modern" now, but clearly has issues. I'll ignore how clunky autopay setup is because the email had instructions. HOWEVER, it is incredibly annoying that "your records indicate I don't have autopay set up" when CLEARLY it is set up, and the account has a giant "AUTOPAY" badge on it. Indicating your records DO SHOW I have it set up.

more ads! yay after using the app more, you can remove the ads at the top. one star is still appropriate. the UI is still bad. sometimes the back button takes you back a step, sometimes it logs you out. making an automatic transfer takes an absurd number of clicks. haven't found the feature to deposit a check on mobile. the ai chat bot says its there but the instructions are incomplete or wrong.

Overall, the app is functional, but I would like to see better support for GrapheneOS (security-focused Android variant). One thing that is super annoying is that I have to log in with my password every time. I would like to see support for fingerprint authentication, among other things. In addition to this, there seems to be a lot of unnecessary features added to the UI (like a chat button - this is a mobile application, not a desktop webpage).

Unfortunately, we just don't have many members that would use the GrapheneOS so we do not support it at this time. If that changes, we'll be sure to look into adding it. In the meantime, since our Digital update, your phone should be able to set up a biometric to login to the app so you don't have to enter the password every time. Thanks!
