I've tried for several weeks to use the points that I have in the rewards program but the system freezes and crashes every time I try to use it. Now it's saying that about 1000 points have expired and the rest are expiring soon. lol, the points were never real. The program is a joke. Don't worry tho, I got the 1 trillionth letter asking me to sign up for insurance. The app and leadership at A1 continues to let us down.

Wretched compared to the previous app. There are so many extra menus that you have to click through to find something as simple as minimum car payment amounts. The previous app would show you all of your accounts and loans and tell you how much you needed to pay on your loan right when you open the app. Transferring money between accounts was just 3 button presses, simple, fast and easy. The current app is a noticeable downgrade and makes me wish I chose a different bank.

Would give a 0 but its not an option..can't login can't register for new online banking and why should it be kicked back to the tellers to help they had no say in the app. Its the morans in the higher positions. I have a solution if it isn't broke dont fix it. I'll be heading in shortly to close out my account this place of banking is already a joke saying I can't withdraw the money I'm asking for if it's in my account. Time to go else where.
