I tried the app for a while before reviewing. At first it was not easy to use because it has changed quite a bit from the old app but similar to the old app to navigate some menus.I asked questions using the email thing inside the app and had quick answers to my questions, and found that it isn't hard to navigate. The old app was much more straightforward than the new. You need hunt for loan info in drop down menus but it is there. (Not a bad app, just more "windows 8" kinda confusion going on

I acctually like it, it gives a lot more detailed info about your account without having to go to a branch to look it up. The only thing that kind of bugs me is how easy it is to accidentally pull down the refresher trigger. I'll be scrolling back up from the bottom of the page and end up accidentally refreshing it. Causing me to have to find how to get back to the page I was on. But that's just me being picky. Overall it's a good app.

Wretched compared to the previous app. There are so many extra menus that you have to click through to find something as simple as minimum car payment amounts. The previous app would show you all of your accounts and loans and tell you how much you needed to pay on your loan right when you open the app. Transferring money between accounts was just 3 button presses, simple, fast and easy. The current app is a noticeable downgrade and makes me wish I chose a different bank.
