About this app

aTask is a no-friction shared task list. Make a list, invite the people who matter, and check things off together.

Why aTask
• One task at a time. Plain titles, optional tags, no projects-within-projects.
• Real-time sync. When your partner checks "milk," it disappears from your phone too.
• Tag what matters. Color-coded tags (green / amber / red / blue / purple / gray) for the categories you actually care about.
• Open by default. Anyone you invite can add and check tasks. Designate trusted members as tag editors.

Who it's for
• Couples and roommates managing groceries, errands, and weekend plans.
• Small teams sharing lightweight to-dos that don't need a full project manager.
• Anyone who tried Reminders, Notes, and a half-dozen task apps and wanted something simpler.

Privacy
• Email + password sign-in (no social tracking).
• Your data lives in Google Cloud Firestore, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Get started
1. Create a list (e.g. "Groceries", "Weekend Plans", "Move Day").
2. Add tasks — any length.
3. Tap Share to invite by email. They get access the next time they sign in.
4. (Optional) Set up tags so everyone can categorize quickly.
