Update sucks. Can't do anything on the app and can't top up or buy data. Contacted customer service and they told me to delete the app and reinstall it. Did that a few time with no luck. Messaged them and let them know it didn't work and they responded "is there anything else i can help you with". You didn't help me with the first thing.

App is pretty ugly, but more important, this app has ZERO biometric support. If the app is going to stay logged in, it should at least make use of the new Biometric API on Android so only I can access the app. The app lets you save cards and make payments to accounts so this is a HUGE security problem. Will update if Aliv ever sees it fit to protect customer security.

App is poor. I only need to use the app once a month however the password expires every 30 days. Everytime I need the app I have to reset my password. The password reset process is bizarre and delivers several emails and text messages. Link in the emails and text do not open the app but rather opens a web page and I am not able to tabe between the two to transpose the endless sequence of verification codes. Clearly none of the Aliv executives use this as it would be taken down from the store.
