App is poor. I only need to use the app once a month however the password expires every 30 days. Everytime I need the app I have to reset my password. The password reset process is bizarre and delivers several emails and text messages. Link in the emails and text do not open the app but rather opens a web page and I am not able to tabe between the two to transpose the endless sequence of verification codes. Clearly none of the Aliv executives use this as it would be taken down from the store.

This app does not work. And neither does their website. They can't even take a credit card on either and if you call 611, they say they will have tech support call back. Nobody does. Why can I top up in the store (Georgetown Exumas)with an attitude of course.but I can't do it on app or online. I have always been happy with them previously but nobody seems to want to help, even if you ask for help in the store they just shrug their shoulders. I think I will go next year to BTC.
