Ratings and reviews

The new ASCU app dies not support transfers between your own accounts. It states it works with Android OS version 9 which I have but it doesn't work. Whenever I go to select the account 'from' it does not go to the list of my accounts. I have to use my Windows based PC to perform all transfers. This is a no go for me on it's capability. Contacted customer service and nothing they were able to do made a difference. Evidently no one tested the app before it was deployed. Very bad performance

The app is incredibly hard to use. I hate that dark mode is no longer available. The fingerprint thing has not worked once since the app was "renewed". And you can no longer enter your pin to open the app, it has to be by fingerprint which doesn't work or you have to type your password everytime. Please set the app up like the old one was, only then will I change my review

Old app was much faster this new app won't even load unless I am on Wi-Fi! It doesn't update and post my transactions at real time, and it won't so my pending transactions, so now I have a harder time budgeting! How can I budget if the app can not post my transactions or show my pending transactions? Why do i have to guess when they go through? Also made it harder for me to call the ASCU credit card and pay my cards! This whole new app very frustrating
