This app keeps kicking me out, so I have to set up the entire account every time I log in. the whole point is to not have to carry your library card with you, but I have tomkeep.my number around just to use the app. The photos of suggested books take FOREVER to load and waste a ton of data, and it turns into a whole thing every time when all I want to do is request a book my kid and I thought of. The old app didn't look very fancy, but it sure worked a lot better.

The old app worked a lot better than this newer version. This new version is much slower to load and continually logs me out of my account. Searching for books available at my local library is harder, you need to load an extra page to find out where the book is available, and the color coding for available vs out is isn't as clear. I wish we could revert to the previous Minuteman app.

I don't understand how an app running on what would be considered a supercomputer not so long ago can take so long to start up. It is so bad that the librarians practically beg patrons to take a screenshot of their library card and use that instead when checking out. It also randomly logs you out completely. The old app was vastly superior, they should just scrap this POS and fire everyone involved.
