Ratings and reviews

No longer shows all of my checked out items, which makes it difficult to know what needs to be returned. Also, it logs me out quite often and I have to put in my library location, card number, and password in again. Not a tragedy, but it's annoying and the old app never did that. Update 7/26: Now the app doesn't load at all and hasn't for about a week.

This app doesn't work. I open it up and it's just a white screen with a buffering circle. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, cleared cache and storage, wait out the little buffering circle and nothing. This app is a perfect example of how in an effort to make something "better", it ends up ending up worse. Please fix it.

it's really a shame. ma has an excellent library system, but the app to help use it is just nonfunctional. error every time I try to look up or reserve a book. I cleared out the cache hoping to fix it, but now it won't log in at all. I tried resetting my password, and the reset page doesn't even work, because it says my new password doesn't match my 'old pin', whatever that means. great library, unusable app.
