Ratings and reviews

Very slow and clunky. Takes forever to load when you switch between tabs. Also frequently logs you out, so you'll need to have your library card and PIN accessible since it doesn't always save it if there's an update or if your VPN is turned on. The search results are far more difficult to navigate and the holds are not intuitive like Libby. The library website will keep you logged in to your account and is much faster to search and see results at well as reserve books and manage your holds.

I happen to love the fact that I can now access my library account via my mobile phone without having to log into my account on my computer browser each time. It's also really user friendly and easy to place holds, and see what books I have out! I also love the fact that I can have multiple accounts on the app, so I can see which books my kids have, when they are due, and anything else related to that. I can also see any fees on my card here. Overall, it's a great app, so here is the 5 stars!!!!

Recently app crashes every time I try to place a hold. Also experiencing issue where I have to log in every time I open, and sometimes app crashes at that stage too.
