Very slow and clunky. Takes forever to load when you switch between tabs. Also frequently logs you out, so you'll need to have your library card and PIN accessible since it doesn't always save it if there's an update or if your VPN is turned on. The search results are far more difficult to navigate and the holds are not intuitive like Libby. The library website will keep you logged in to your account and is much faster to search and see results at well as reserve books and manage your holds.

A nice app idea if it actually worked properly. Just use the website.

I love my library and am so greatful that this app exists. BUT since this new app came out a few years ago, it kicks me out ALL THE TIME! It's gotten so bad I save a note on my phone with my library card # so I can just copy and paste. This should not be an issue for this long.
