Recently the app is reporting a server connection error. I cleared app cache and storage, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, and still unable to login. When I turn off Wi-Fi on my phone I am able to login using mobile data connection. Hoping an update can fix the issue. I have used the app extensively in the past before this glitch surfaced.

What the hell? I was able to access my library number on this app. Now I can't. Why? This was the only way I was able to check out a book. Now I can't even log in because I was never issued a physical card upon signing in, which also means I don't remember what my pin number is. I came to the library to check out a book, not to look stupid. Please fix app now

Sometimes the website and app is down but overall very helpful and a great app for connecting with my library.
